The DLNHS invites you to join us for this workshop led by two experts in the field of historic preservation.

Have you ever wondered about who built your house, who has lived there before you, what it looked like when it was first built?  Our first speaker is Gregory Dietrich who has been working in the field of historic preservation for over sixteen years in both the public and private sectors. He will lead the first workshop session on how to research historic buildings.

Are you unsure how to maintain or improve your older home that was built with much different building materials? Our second speaker is Dan Allen, a Principal at CTA Architects, PC. His workshop session will teach you how to identify the different types of materials used in our older homes and provide advice on how to maintain and conserve them.

RSVP’s are requested for this free workshop. Either click on the link above, or email rsvp@dlnhs.org.
